Project Transform Me is for people who’ve had enough of diet culture, toxic gym talk, and chasing someone else’s idea of the “perfect body.” If you've ever felt like exercise was punishment for eating, or that nutrition was just another thing to fail at — you're in the right place.
I work with real people. People who’d rather be on the couch with a book and a packet of biscuits than surrounded by mirrors in a commercial gym. People who’ve been made to feel like they don’t belong in fitness spaces. People who want to feel stronger, freer, and more in control — but don’t know where to start.
My Approach to Personal Training
I’m a qualified personal trainer with the skills to build programs for muscle growth and high performance — but that’s not what I’m here to do. I specialise in supporting people who:
Hate the gym (and don’t want to go back)
Feel disconnected from their body or trapped in diet cycles
Want to enjoy movement again, or maybe for the first time
I believe in movement for joy — movement that fits you. Together, we’ll create a fitness routine that’s flexible, functional, and kind. Using modified FITT principles, I can help you progress in ways that feel empowering — not exhausting. This is training that fits into your life, not the other way around.
Adjusting body composition — whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, or weight maintenance — doesn’t have to mean obsessing over every calorie. I help clients create real, sustainable change by focusing on what nourishes their body, not what deprives it.
We work together to understand portion sizes, not through strict rules, but by listening to your body. It’s not about restriction — it’s about choosing food that fuels you and finding the freedom to enjoy it without guilt.
Most nutrition struggles begin in the mind. Through coaching, we’ll explore your relationship with food, body image, and habits. Together, we’ll replace shame or “all-or-nothing” thinking with self-trust, self-compassion, and a practical, positive mindset.
Using professional software, I design personalised, nutritionally balanced meal plans tailored to your goals. You'll see macro and micronutrient breakdowns that inform your choices — no guesswork, no one-size-fits-all fads.
You’ll learn how to incorporate colour, variety, and flavour into your meals. Whether it’s leafy greens, berries, or healthy fats, nourishing your body becomes easier when your plate excites your senses.
From anti-inflammatory foods to gut-friendly habits, you’ll learn how what you eat can support your physical health, energy, and wellbeing. When you start to see food as an act of self-care, not control, real transformation becomes possible.

If you're local to Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, I offer in-person training at Move PT Studio — a private space dedicated to 1:1 clients only. It’s not a commercial gym. No crowds, no stares, no pressure — just a calm, supportive environment where you can focus on your goals without distraction or anxiety.
This makes it the perfect place for people who feel intimidated by traditional gym settings, or who simply want a quieter, more personal approach to movement.
If in-person isn’t possible, I also offer a fully remote program that’s just as tailored and hands-on.
You’ll receive a personalised training plan, designed around your lifestyle, preferences, and abilities — and we’ll review and adapt it every 4 weeks to make sure it’s working for you.
As part of your 12-week commitment, we’ll meet once a week on Zoom. That time is completely flexible and built around you:
